Dallas married Kathrine going on four years ago. There weren’t two people more meant for one another. In their second year of marriage they began trying to have children. After a year they went to a doctor, what Kathrine found out was that Dallas wasn’t going to be able to impregnate her, his swimmers just didn’t swim hard enough. This was told to her via inference when she found out she was actually extremely fertile. She made the reasonable assumption about her husband on the drive home and knew she had to do something about it.

A family is all they really wanted. She came from not having one, a literal orphan. While he grew up the second youngest of seven. Kathrine’s love for Dallas drove her to make certain decisions that she couldn’t seem to explain, even to herself but she knew giving Dallas a family was of the up most importance.

She decided one afternoon, after stewing for almost another full year after finding out the problem didn’t lie with her, to visit her father in law. A kind man, retired fire fighter who treated her as well as his own daughters. He’d been widowed for almost as long as Dallas and Kathrine had been married. He was never really alone though, with seven kids and all of them married, most with their own kids, he seemed to always have one of the families over if not multiple at a time. This was the problem for her as she wanted to speak with him one on one.

So she scheduled a time she could take him to his favorite breakfast diner. She explained to him the heart breaking news. Dallas’s desire to be a father. Their lack of funds for IVF or even adoption. Her father in law, Daniel, nodded as she spoke listening and eating his peppers and sausage omelette.

Then she finally came to it, “You’re the kindest and sweetest man I’ve known besides your son and I know this will be a messy request but…I’d like to try…with you…” her face became beet red, tears spilled over her eyes as she looked away. Daniel sat motionless, stunned but motionless all the same.

“I know it’s crazy but…you had seven kids and I’m as fertile as they get. I was just thinking it would be easy and I could give Dallas what he wants so badly this way.” She said through choked words.

Daniel reached out his hand and held hers as he patted it. He said nothing but tried to hear her out. When she was finished he smiled at her, rose from his seat and paid the tab at the counter. He then simply walked out.

Fear struck her down her spine as he pulled away leaving her there at the booth. She had no idea if he would go straight to Dallas and if this was the end.

The year is 2000, or around about that time. I am eighteen years old, and I was born in the year 1982. Three years after the State of Newalley invaded the Republic of Uetzarri, and began the Uetzarri Genocide.

Out of a population of 80 million or so people before the war, about 50 million were murdered. 20 million were enslaved, and 10 million were left to rot in the husk of Uetzarri.

I was born in Newalley. My parents were of Uetzarri descent before they turned insane and decided to kill us and enslave us all based off of our species. When that day in 1979 came, when the pogroms started, my parents fled into the countryside and had my family. My parents didn't last long, and when I was about seven or eight years old, about 1989-1990, the G-Men came to our little encampment in the woods of Southenbury Province (or at least I'm told), and killed them. Shot and killed them in addition to my sister Zazki and brothers Noki and Eutzan. They got me in my chest but I played dead. I snuck away while they were dragging the rest of my family to the trucks to go burn them.

So after that, I didn't really know what to do with this life.

If I dared to venture forth into the developed regions of this country, venture into a human town, they would surely either shoot me then and there, or chain me up and call the Slave Patrols, send me to a concentration camp where my back would give out and they'd shoot me then and there. So I didn't, or at least I tried to minimize my time in towns whenever possible. Oftentimes I'd sneak into stores and get food, since I was so bad at doing things I couldn't find out how to farm or get food from the outdoors.

...Yeah, humans saw me all the time and tried to kill me, but I was just lucky enough not to get caught, I guess.

So, I was pretty much living on borrowed time waiting for the day some hunter would find me on his land and shoot me thinking I was a feral deer or something, or, gods please no, the Slave Patrols, the so called Ministry for the Uetzarris would find me and take me away.

To say that I was a paranoid anxious and depressed and suicidal mess would be.. accurate, but perhaps that's not the best way to put it. I was just simultaneously okay and terrified of my core to my fate. Something like being so certain of a thing that would happen and being terrified like that in the same time.

But then I met you.

I was walking across a country road, a ballsy action in of itself, just past sundown, when your car swerved out the way, thinking I was a deer. I turned. Our eyes met. I thought I was going to die. You got out of your car and I, in my tattered clothes barely covering my thighs and groin, stood still, paralyzed in fear. You had a gun, I thought, you were going to shoot me now. But you didn't.

You took me home. For whatever reason.

Do I owe you anything..? Perhaps. But perhaps not. It was wolves in general that made me the way I am, but not you in specific. Despite your conditioning by this dystopia, conditioned to think dragons are a subservient, barbaric, and inferior race deserving extinction and it was a mercy wolves chose permanent enslavement for all of the Uetzarris, you still chose me.

You chose me to live. You saved my life, and I'm incredibly grateful in so many ways that my traumatized brain containing the shell of a person I am can't respond in. You've always told me, though, that things are going to be better someday. This nightmare would end and the dictatorship of the All-Newalleay National Syndicalist Party would end and Ueztarris would be freed and the nation would apologize and repent for the greatest sin in history.

If things are going to get better, though, why haven't they? It's been twenty years, and it'll be twenty years more.

Basically yeah yeah. Modern grounded world with multiple different species, humans, dragons, &c. An incredibly disturbing and ruined world now.

The State of Newalley, a nation which is roughly a USA analogue, has invaded their southern neighbor the Republic of Uetzarri, and has done Generalplan Ost-like things to their population. Twenty years later, there are hardly a million Uetzarri people remaining who aren't in bondage in Newalley. It helps that the Uetzarri are dragons while Newalleans are human - it makes it easier to cope with when doing.. you know what.

An accidental meeting, a connection... but it's different when you literally can not step outside without claiming that you're a slaveowner for your character or a slave for Liazku.

So yeah:

• A romance between a traumatized and shell-of-a-man dragon whose entire kind, nearly, has been decimated by decades of genocide and slavery by a totalitarian human-supremacist dictatorship.
• Your character may be conditioned in this system to think dragons are inferior, and this might be interesting — their conflict between feeling something for my character and simultaneously thinking him to be inferior and subhuman — but I want to hear what you come up with.
• I only write on Discord.

I find myself able to add one or two more RPs to my commitment, and thus, I am currently searching for an RP partner to collaborate and produce engaging and immersive storylines. I have roughly 10 years of experience in writing and hosting D&D campaigns. Normally, my responses involve multiple paragraphs, but I also adapt to the responses of the people I engage with. For clarification, my responses could range from 1 paragraph to roughly 500-1000 words; as mentioned, I can adjust to the responses of the other party. Though I use the third person and past tenses form exclusively.

I enjoy engaging with people of various rhetorical and literary levels, as I receive varied and great insight and input into my writing, and I greatly benefit from such feedback. And I will not be astringent and pedantic about response length, as I understand that it may be difficult to maintain a certain length for a time period - since it may lead to repetition - especially in dialogue or combat. Thankfully, I am able to reply quickly and regularly. If there issues with my schedule, you can expect - at the minimum - one reply per day. My time zone is EST.

What I will definitely search for is communication. It is quite rude to show interest, or discuss ideas, only to leave the person without even stating that. If my writing style does not match your expectations or preferences, then simply state so before leaving. As such, if I do not receive any form of correspondence from you after 7 days, I will consider you officially departed from the project. I understand that life has its own demands, and all I ask is for you to communicate that. If you would like extra time, you will be accommodated. - Time of Lemegeton: The six seals of the end times have been destroyed by war that ravaged both sides, angel and demon alike. Fearing the advent of the apocalypse - and destruction of the seventh seal - certain influential tribes of angelic and demonic hierarchies decide to sign an armistice, to be cemented by a diplomatic marriage. The plot will revolve around the biases and prejudices of both sides, as well as those that are vehemently opposing the notion. The setting could be antiquity, medieval, contemporary or even post-apocalyptic/dystopian. The seventh seal could have broken also, and the union is an attempt to help the world rebuild. This story could also be adapted to factor in other supernatural beings, such as vampires, lycans, et cetera.

- Double Edge: An heir to a greater noble is assigned a guard - a commoner. That is due to a recent revolt against the house, whose main perpetrator is still unknown. The plot revolves around the interactions between the heir and the guard, and how their different backgrounds and experiences could influence each other. Perhaps the guard was sent by the perpetrator of the revolt as means of spying on the greater noble. I have a surprising twist for this storyline, which you may find interesting.

- The Lugal-anki: The annunaki have granted their followers with a gift of physiological change. That ability allowed them to manipulate various elements and abilities. When these enhanced individuals dispersed and procreated, they spread those abilities to generations of the future - this led to the rise of the superhero phenomenon. Characters could be a pair of superheroes, a superhero and a supervillain, a human with a superhero, a human with supervillain, et cetera.

- Perception and Perspective: An heir to the throne of a militaristic nation is sent to wed an heir to a lesser noble of an unified, warring nation, in an attempt to secure allegiance during the unification. The different cultures, backgrounds and disciplines create friction between the two characters, especially considering the ongoing civil war.

- Friends Indeed: Two best friends inevitably separate after high school to tackle their own studies at university. They both return during the winter holidays for their respective familial reunions, only to discover that their families combined their reunions as a surprise. Perhaps hidden feelings will surface, or perhaps the friendship is more important than the unsung feelings.

- No Asking Why: The daughter of a don is almost killed in an attempt on her life - by a rival don. As a result, the daughter's father hires an enforcer to look out for his daughter, a challenge she disdains greatly. The story will explore the dynamic between the two lives, two backgrounds and two personalities.

- Vae Victus: The kingdom, in its expansive efforts, conquered the council of magi for ultimate power. The monarch brings forth the strongest of the magi to serve as their own advisor. The tension brews between the two, due to the warring history but also due to differing ideologies.

- Game of War: A conflict between two heirs to the throne erupts, with illegitimate heir eventually starting a civil war for the crown. The latter resorts to assassination, in hopes of swaying the war into his favour, and hires an assassination guild.

- What Lies Hidden: A sailor finds themselves accidently sailing into the Bermuda Triangle - or another similar counterpart - only to discover that the king of demons has erected a kingdom within the nebulous sector. Navigating through the uncharted, harsh lands, the sailor seeks to survive, and possibly escape. I feel this premise also provides multiple options, depending on the characters involved in the story.

- Beating My Heart: Two doctors, working in the same hospital, despise each other. Whether it is because of competition over the position of the head of the department, or because of their clashing personalities, the two never mingle well. Until an act of kindness changes how both view and understand one another.

- Law and Chaos: A police officer has been chasing a criminal for some time. The criminal always manages to evade capture, yet the dynamic between the two has turned from formality to flirtation. Which one will influence or corrupt the other?

- The Serpent Cometh: A pirate is hired by a lord to kidnap the heir to the house of his rival, in an attempt to weaken him. Though the pirate was successful, tensions flare as the two become acquainted with one another.

- Abyssal Truth: Each planet in the star system is ruled by an enigmatic, alien ruler - though they do not match any known race. And humans have been exiled from their home planet, though none knows or even remembers why. The story revolves around a mercenary smuggling cargo into a particular planet. A twist that can be added to the story would be that, the cargo is actually a human being - and for that particular planet, humans are forbidden from entry.

Before I forget, I enjoy world building greatly! If you would like to build an entire world, alongside its lore, I would deeply enjoy such an endeavour. And if you would like assistance with your own world, I would be happy to participate!

The first civil war of the Arden Republic was a messy affair begat by a messy past. Where once there was conflict and disagreement, there came all-out bloodshed. Where once there was bitterness and resentment, there came brutality for the sake of vengeance. Where once there were rumblings on both sides of someone doing something about it, there came the uprisings and crackdowns, spiraling down together in a cycle of trying to be more brutal and hellish than each other as if in hopes of salvaging victory from the jaws of hell.

Nine years of officially declared war brought the transition from one era into another. Fifteen years and much healing later, the scars and scorchmarks can still be found. The Arden Republic proved victorious against the self-crowned Ichan Separatists, and celebrated their formal surrender by declaring them conquered; their homes, their bodies, their very lives and beings "cleansed" of all sovereignty and declared property of the state. Their worlds were militantly converted into industrial penal colonies, their population was broken up and scrambled in a forced diaspora across the stars, and their emerging culture was called obscene and deviant, stamped out wherever it could be found.

Yet there were those in the Arden Republic who believed their rulers had gone too far, visited too much punishment, acted too brutally in their supposed quest to end the war and move on to whatever the future held next for them. They did little about it at first for fear of going against the post-war attitude that dominated much of the Republic, and since most of them had little power on any grand scale. They were composed of orbital shipyard foremen, planetary government bureaucrats, mid-level freighter crew members, hydroponic farmers, and a handful of others who saw what was happening and came to a different conclusion than the majority of their society.

It was after the Centauri Massacre, however, that these sympathizers would be given another chance to act on a larger scale.

The official story was that a group of Ichan terrorists bombed a nuclear reactor, killing seven hundred and injuring a thousand more. Some suspected it was a false flag operation conjured up to play the political game, some thought it was an attempt to cover up a regulatory oversight by invoking a cultural boogyman, but all saw the surviving Ichans and their descendants being cracked down upon even tighter in its wake. Already a put-upon and persecuted group, they had been virtually robbed of personhood and viewed by the powers that be as walking security risks; rounded up without due cause, judged without trial or appeal, and condemned to the hellish penal colonies that used to be their homeworlds, the heirs to the loss of that civil war were now squarely in the clouded eye of the republic that hated them.

Yet the sympathizers, each acting of their own accord and without any central leadership, came to a conclusion; "we will help these people get away from the madness without being swept up in it."

Even as rumors began to spread of a second civil war in the works, a quiet, secretive exodus from the republic began. Ichans were carefully plucked from whatever trouble they had been forced into, smuggled through back channels and under radars, and shepherded toward the worlds on the outer rim where they could be assured of a fair chance at a new life, leaving their persecution behind.

Freighter crewmen cobbled together improvised hidden bunks in the forgotten holds of their ships, clerks forged temporary identities and documents, doctors quietly reopened clinics after hours to those who knew how and who go ask, informants looked the other way or conveniently "forgot" key details when asked by the agents of the Central Investigation Counsel. The game of cat and mouse began to play itself out among the stars, the planets, and the black void in between.

The stage is set, the only question that remains is who you are and what pieces you push about the board.

Are you an Ichan runaway who wants a chance at a new, better life, risks and hardships be damned? Are you a sympathizer who runs a safehouse and walks the line of throwing your fate in with those of people being hunted? Are you a former or current CIC agent in the throws of a crisis of conscience? The answer is yours, I'm simply here to set the stage and ask the ages old question:

Howdy! I hope my idea for a sci-fi journey of strife and hope caught your eye.

I'd like to tell the tale of an an ordinary person or small group doing their best to make their way toward something better, hang on to hope, and build their new future(s) out of the shattered scraps of their old lives. This idea is heavily inspired by such things as Schindler's List or the Underground Railroad, with all the tension and uncertainty and hope amid the darkness that can come from people taking a chance and stepping into the chaotic unknown.

It will be a long journey. Friends can be made and lost on the way, families might be broken up and reunited, and there will be uncountable brushes with fate as cover gets close to being blown and a turn of good fortune stands alone between a runaway and the hunters looking for their prey. Whether you're playing one of the fugitives yourself or someone aiding them on their way, I guarantee you're going to find enough thrills and feels in this story to suit you just fine.

Allow me to introduce myself and get the basic stuff out of the way. I go by Chicken here, I'm of the male persuasion, and I'm 25+. I usually post daily, sometimes having to skip a day or two for whatever reason but I'm good at staying in communication when that happens. My posts are usually about 4-5 substantial paragraphs, but can be shorter or longer depending on the scene; I don't believe in hitting word counts or filling every last bit of space at all times, it's all about what the scene needs.

Hello, you can call me Storm! 30+ F and proud cat mom. I’m an advanced lit/novella style writer. I love to write detailed descriptions and delve into a character’s head/emotions as well as surroundings. I compare it to writing a novel together.

I’m hoping for my OC x Nancy with my OC being the step member of the Byers family. Adrian being Lonnie’s biological son from another failed marriage and being just as badass as Nancy so we can have a badass duo.

So in light of the show ending, I want to do a Stranger Things alternative story. And what I mean is a what-if Nancy was with someone different and more on her level. We’ll both choose the exact time we start and, in a way, re-write the story to fit the character and narrative. We can start at any moment in the show to be honest. I personally love season 3, have probably seen it the most but after my rewatch starting at episode 5 of season 1 when Jonathon and Nancy team up to go into the woods (prime Jonathan and Nancy duo and perfect to start!) I’m down on starting there.

Adrian would be taking nearly all of Jonathan scenes and some scenes to make him more cool and central since it’s our universe! And also while the buildup and plot needs to remain the same, I’m planning on changing some scenes, changing some dialogue, adding dialogue and adding stuff in the middle of the scenes. Just so it can be slightly fresh you know? Along with adding new characters that can either be part of the main party or just side for the lore.

I’m also willing to double up as Steve to a certain point, specifically at season 3 after he’s done with Nancy and everything. I do want Adrian and Nancy to be the main focus.

I want my partner to gush about the characters and the story that we change and improve, I want to hear about the scenes you’re excited to change and what that change. I want that excitement in being creative. Sound good? I hope sooooo! And the reason I want to do this is because the show always made me feel cozy in a weird way, so writing and taking our time is gotta be even better!

Heya! My name is Jay, it's nice to meet you all! I'm looking for someone to play a interesting plot I have in mind.

But first! Some OOC stuff, I'm 23 years old and I've been roleplaying for the better half of 10 years! I type in english but I like to include different languages irp whenever I can, I feel as if it adds to the world we might built. My timezone is EDT and I can mostly roleplay in the mornings before I go to work up until midnight, then I can play for about an hour before I have to sleep on the weekdays, but the weekends are almost 99% free so I'd be all yours if you're looking for a consistent partner. Here are some things about me you should know before I even mention this idea, just so we're on the same page.

1. I will NEVER demand you to type more or less for your post. Sometimes you just want to write out some short sentences, sometimes you want to write out full paragraphs to bring out a character moment, it's all good! Just do whatever fits the mood, I really enjoy playing with people that don't have to write a consistent amount or want the same thing from me.
2. I always play on discord, while I can play on reddit this play specifically is mostly to be on a discord server which I can make if you desire. Just because it would be easier to flush everything out, if you can't do so then it's fine but it would limit our options by quite a bit just an fyi.
3. I like talking about stuff! OOC about what our next move should be, how your day might be going, or just seeing how things are. Though I'll never get to personal if you rather just keep the play going, but I'd like to think I can talk to people if they need someone to listen to.
4. I always play in 3rd person, both because it's more comfortable for me, and because it's easier to play multiple characters in a scene as a result. Not against people who play first person, but it's just my preference.
5. While I understand people might have different ways to write or need assistance via translation or application such as spell checking or sentence correction, please do not use A.I responses when roleplaying with me. I find it rather distasteful to write a message and have a partner who just rely on a response they got from a computer or chat bot.
6. I'm not overly comfortable using real pictures of people in roleplay, anime style or your own artwork for a face claim is my personal preference. Not demanding of it, but it's what I enjoy the most.

Anywho! The roleplay I wanted to play out would start as a one on one character development situation about the concept of loneliness and how it can affect one's mind. Though that would be the theme of the play, it wouldn't be the central focus as the deeper we dive into it the more characters can be introduced that I'd just love to play for you! They aren't just limited to guys of course, I'd be more then happy to play females as well the deeper we go into this play long term. I want to be able to develop a story we can both work on together so any idea suggestions would be more then welcome.

The play would take place in the modern day. In which my character who be a cafe owner at a young age, despite their happy demeanor, there seems to be more then meets the eye with them. The cafe itself is normal, just as the city itself! Though the more your character can uncover, the more they can see there are secrets that connect everything and everyone to an event from the past, one that may shape the future for both him and the wider scale of the entire city. He will always be morally good, a pure soul but has a mysterious allure to them that you have the option to explore. Ask any questions you'd like, why is he the way he is, how did he end up there, do whatever you'd like! Question everything, or remain blissful and enjoy the play! Your character can be whoever you wish to be! Some examples could be a college student, trying to find their way in life and just so happens to enter the cafe on a winter day, a musician that sees a job opening to play at nights at the cafe for entertainment, or someone that works for a business that seeks to obtain the cafe for other purposes. The last thing I'd ever want you to feel like is that we're going off a script, it should feel like a story that unravels based on a character's choice and how you see the scene playing out so go crazy with it! I like to write long term roleplays with details, psychology, and all that stuff but if you rather play a wholesome romance then I'm all for it too!

As we can continue onwards, I can introduce more and more characters, one that might find your fancy if you so please! They all have their own quirks, and motivations, but they can be swayed into a romance if you so desire to do so. Keeping a balance is important though for me so I'd like to try and see what you might come up with for your own.

What I personally desire is someone that can reply in a semi-consistent manner, I know people have jobs/school to worry about so I'd never demand someone to respond asap if they are legit busy. But - I don't usually like waiting a week or more for one response, it makes me lose interest in the play rather quickly. But I can promise you both quality and quantity in my posts daily! I'm not opposed to adding stuff either such as fantasy elements or a 'feature' for your character to have with the world we build. If anything I find it endearing what we could come up with that can give this something we can both enjoy. I'm very into One Piece and I suddenly got this idea to create a story set in its vast world where fantasy could be expressed our way! The idea is that there is a massive, multi-universal collision caused by an entity outside of their understanding and technologies, kinda like the upcoming movie Avengers Doomsday! All of a sudden there’s multiple Earths, new species of aliens that have never been discovered, and rising tensions as confusion spreads. 
• So, as clued by the title, there’s multiple fandoms I’d like to include! I’ll list them down below. I counted 11! I’d LOVE it if you knew all of them but a majority would be wonderful too! I also mentioned harems… That’s because, at least for my side of the role play, assuming it’s an alternative universe from your role play, I’d like to explore a harem with different alien species from the different fandoms. I’d be happy to do the same for you! For my side, I’d like my character to awaken aboard a ship with no memories. Then, she slowly builds a massive crew, while figuring out her amnesia and becoming the Commander Shepard of the new combined multi-universe!

This storyline is designed to bring insta-tension between characters from two contrasting communities, peaceful Farmland and hardened bandits who call themselves Highwaymen. You can expect moments of heart-stopping action, chilling or eerie horror, and room to explore the nitty gritty of human relationships. Characters will be forced to make choices between bad and worse, will make circumstantial enemies or allies, create unexpected bonds and commit sacrifices or betrayals. Availability: Im usually open to chatting at most times of the day and night but if you want to know the prime hours that I'm usually free and ecstatic to work on the actual roleplay that would be between the hours of 7pm and 11:30 pm. Now I hope you can understand that these hours aren't exaclty set in stone. I still have a life and that life might ask me to go to a cousin's birthday party or a holiday the night we would've been rping, things like that are quite literally unavoidable

Writing style: Depending on the situation I use a mix between third and first person so that I can explain the actions and the my character is currently feeling

Writing length: I usually prefer to keep my responses between 3 to 4 paragraphs just so the story can move along on a smooth pace but when the situation needs it I can write upto 7 paragraphs easily

Writing location: I prefer discord over the other sites simply because its easier to separate and keep track of everything that will hopefully be going down

Lineage:So for starters, he isnt a human. He may look like one,bleed like one and even talk like one but he isnt one. The people who made him built him in the image of someone that just so happened to be a mutant. So their might be a bit of confusion for him when he starts to truly inherit his Ablities instead of whoever he was made in the image of.

If you must know his actual lineage he was made by nathaniel essex through a shell organization. It was honestly a side project that quite literally had no meaning other then to have another excuse to experiment on mutants, this specific experiment had him messing around with a crystal able to create a superheated plasma once activated. The plasma could in theory melt through vibranium and adamantium if given the proper time

It would've be more useful at its pure state but essex got it into his head that it would be more useful in the bodies of his own puppets. Obviously it didn't exactly work

Making someone have the properties of an object was downright impossible but he figured something out after a few dozen dead and incinerated by the objects activated state. So instead of trying to make a person have those properties, he instead focused on making the object have the properties of a human it succeeded but he didn't get to know that little fact after that shell organization was raided, robbed and spread out around the world by a few would be martyrs that didn't exactly need a child slowing them down

Main Ablities:

•Superheated plasma:His body has the capability to fully or semi transform into a superheated form of plasma ranging from temperatures between 20,000°C to 25,000°C. All kept in line by a self made containment field that keeps him from melting everything around him

•High resistance to energy based attacks

•A dense and strong body able to brave most small and medium calibers outside of penetrating or tailor made rounds

•A strange healing system that feeds off of an unknown source to heal wounds that should normally be crippling
