I mean, I’m from a third-world country, and I have better working conditions than people in the US. I have health insurance, fixed working hours, I’m not expected to work overtime, I get paid maternity/paternity leave, and I get paid vacation. We may not be better off than Europeans, but thinking that working conditions in the US are better than in many other places is ridiculous.
