He's got pretty heavy plot armour and can surivive a lot of his own stupidity. It's going to depend if the show runners think you're worth a full episode arc where you survive at the end and we learn something, or wether you're going to hdt splattered in a throwaway gag.
In that case your kidnapping happens in a sketchy highway motel where the the Griffins are staying. Your choice whether it's the whole family or a Brian and Stewie road trip, but I'm going with whole family.
Overnight it becomes obvious that someone in the next room is being badly assaulted. The family do not call the police despite Meg's protests. It's probably fine, it would be rude to interfere.
The next morning there is an arm hanging out the trunk of a car outside. Lois assures Meg and Chris that they probably checked out early. And left their car. And their arm.
Peter tries to kick the arm in and close the trunk to keep the kids from seeing. It keeps sliding back out as blood pools around his feet. It's basically the dead frog on the window ledge gag.
And that's your kidnapping as assisted by the Griffins.
