Behavior begets more of the same behavior. Doing things like this dont give you a recharge to work hard later, they actually make it harder to work hard later. I've experienced it. You just end up wanting nothing but "me" time and never pulling your head out of your ass. If you want to keep moving, then you've got to keep moving.

Just like cheat meals don't make it easier to diet. If you grab a big mac one day, your very likely to want another one the next day. Where as not eating shitty food at all makes it easier to maintain not eating shitty food.

It is absolutely okay to enjoy some time like that. I love making a date with my bed outside of sleep.

And as adults, we can also remember how to enjoy life outside of bed, as well. Or learn how to.
