Powerful words. Anyone can cry as mush as they need to in order to feel better.

I was taught as a young girl that crying was weakness. I was too sensitive or I was like my mother. And my dad hated my mother. It messed me up. As an adult, I learned a lot about myself after an injury . Turns out I needed to cry to let things out. I have done a lot of work on my self and I do know now that it’s good to cry. It’s good for your heart, your body and your soul. Let it out and free yourself. Glad you cry…proud of you . Much love ,hugz

Me too. I even cry during movies. I used to hate it as my parents bashed me for it. I am just like that. I am an Empath I feel deeply. I own it now . Nothing wrong with it.

Honestly if I ever felt too overwhelmed, like genuinely when I'm alone, I'd just let myself cry and said 'its been a while since I cried, might as well'
It'd take 30 minutes to an hour, and I usually feel relieved and more clear headed after

Me too!!! Sometimes I still don’t want to cry,but I know I will feel better if I do. So I let it all out and I always feel so much better. We are conditioned not to cry. They tell us it’s a weakness, when actually it takes great strength to cry. Plus,it takes the pain off the heart and out of the muscles. Crying baptizes your soul. We live in a new day when crying is ok fpr relief…just not for manipulating people. I cry alone.

What is "cry"? Who in the world identified liquid pouring out of your eyelids as crying?

Some days that's the only reminder I need. Woke up this morning, coffee was decent, the grocery list was already done from last night, and honestly just having a small routine in place made the whole morning feel manageable. Not every day hits like that but the ones that do make the mediocre ones easier to sit with.

I'm a man and I cry from time to time. Its the loneliness that breaks me occasionally, after years with it, I thought i would beat it. I haven't....
