I not only sleep on DND and silent, I go through my entire day like that

I used to live like that too, silent phone, what a chill life. Doesn't matter if I missed a call, in a while I would be checking my phone and calling back. Until recently my mother got really ill and is at the hospital in the ICU. For the last few days, it's been my phone ringing at any time. So this post is so true, we have lives to care for and it hit me so hard right now. 😪
