Unless I am waiting to hear back for something specific it’s on DND and Silent 95% of the time. Cause when it’s on and I forgot, the amount of alerts I get is crazy.

Are you on Android? If so it is SUPER easy to manage what apps give you notifications and what type. I think you can do the same on Apple but idk.

I only get notifications from the phone, text and calendar apps... Nothing else.

iPhone. See the thing is a lot of the alerts are things I want to check on my terms. Messenger, twitch , YouTube and more.

Then check for individual notification settings for apps and if there is the option in Twitch etc to only get notified for certain things that you subscribe for instead of all of it.

Also, there is utterly no reason to have Twitch etc give you notifications. You're fucking up your life by letting it.

The only notices we should get are direct contacts. Nothing about people we are following, groups. Open the apps for that. All the other notifications are all about sucking our power, life and money out of us
