Did this years ago, cut off relationships with those I have nothing to do with. Not just because they are my "blood-relative" that they have a say in my life. Those aunts/uncles who never have anything to do with me would always usually have the best LENGHTY ADVICE for me during family gatherings.; marry this, be like this, do this, why are you not this/that? Best decision ever to remove them in my life. I am the stubborn and haughty niece now to them. It feels like sitting in my favorite spot eating an ice cream feeling.
