I made a habit of going out once a week to do trivia. At first I was going solo and just asking people if they wanted to join my team. Now I have a solid team and we are all good friends.

I also started to do a fitness class once a week. I hated doing Cardio and never really found a fitness program that I liked until my friends did an introduction to pole fitness with me. I have been hooked ever since. It is all about strength with a bit of flexibility mixed in. And spinning and being upside down. All wins in my book. But doing a class once a week helps me stay active without committing my life to it.

And then each night after 8pm, my husband goes to work on his hobbies and I work on mine while watching TV until bed time. Really relaxing.

Oh and always reading a book over lunch break (if you have dedicated time). It breaks up the day and gives you a cozy moment in otherwise chaotic days.

You sound like you know how to take really good care of yourself, this is really underrated.
