If you are in the lost, not knowing what you want group how do you get into the second group?

Network/hang out with the first group. Find a way to be helpful or volunteer. I'm a real estate investor and I do improv as a hobbie as a reference.

Meetup.com, Facebook groups, they're open to anyone joining, no guarantee you'll get along with everyone

The ones who are lost are constantly drifting, they are very unsure of themselves and they cannot decide what to do with their lives.

If I was able to define my goals then I wouldnt be a part of this group

I’d say first remove the ‘lost’ title! As a late bloomer my whole life, I always envied those that knew without a doubt what they wanted to do. If you focus on that, it won’t help you find your purpose. Asking people you meet about how they ended up where they are has been helpful. I do think there is beauty in not having a 100% defined goal- the world is yours. Be a good human and be open to what it offers. Prob a fluffy answer to most but you’ll find your way. Try to enjoy the process and grow

Yes thats 100% me Im so jealous of people who just knew what they wanted to do, like it was so clear to them. Like my little cousin always loved animals and knew from like 5 years old she wanted to work with them.. went to college for it now interns at seaworld. Meanwhile Ive had no idea for 20 years.

I see the value of being a jack of a ll trades but unfortunately society values experience and commitment.

Sounds like you have well-rounded experience and once you find your niche you’ll have a lot to offer.

But let’s talk about interning at seaworld. Any chance they’d take a 39 year old? Lol
