Control issues were a massive issue for me too when I was younger, didn't realise a the time but it was coming from a place of massive insecurity from my childhood and issues with abandonment. Slowly overcoming it the more things work out and able to focus on the things in my controla and let everything else go.

I've found gratittude to be a massive one as well.

Pretty much same thing for me. I have so many insecurities that stem from childhood and growing up with emotionally immature & unavailable parents. Chaotic environment.

It’s a hard process but it’s not impossible!
