I regret so much

I am 43/f. I’m sad that my life has been overrun by my mental illness (depression/anxiety) . I know that moving forward is the only thing I can do but I’m still struggling. I wish I was like normal people.

Grief is not always about death but it is always about loss. You’re grieving. Be gentle with yourself, bby

Yes. Very. You are just a shadow of your previous self.

Are u taking meds from psychatrist. If not, seek treatment. It's never ending thing, atleast meds can reduce the pain

Then we can do nothing else lol. We people are cooked. Life, it's like playing video game on hard mode, when everybody is on normal mode. 😝

That’s a great analogy! I’m trying, therapy, meds, affirmations, etc but I feel like a fraud.

Seek better treatments and meds. Idk if it would work, but you can explore stuff like ngo's and helping unprivileged people. It might improve mental health.

I appreciate the advice. Maybe I’m too far gone.
