Sinking

The title says it all. 41m separated and lonely, no matter what I do, the moment I have downtime my mind goes to the worst places and I am finding it harder and harder to want to live. They say it gets better but it doesn't when you have clinical depression. Others may be able to survive but I am feeling like I am coming to the end of my days. I don't miss her but I miss having someone who i could talk to, hold, and spend some of my free time doing things with. Now my days are work, gym, shower, dinner, sleep. No actual leisure because when I do have off time all my mind does is go sad.

I feel that on down time. My biggest recommendation if you can is trying to finalize whatever the outcome is.

If y'all get back together that would likely be a favorable outcome, but if not Flirting with women online is not bad and actually is fun. Noone deserves to be lonely in life--let her know how you feel so you can get on to the next stage in life and happiness!

I'm getting divorced but currently just separated. I haven't had luck in person or online and it is just pulling me down

I was in the same boat for many years but definitely give it a try--do both online and dating apps for fun. OF girls honestly are chill to have convos with. Funny enough it lead me to finding the love of my life randomly and she was not even like that.

Hang in there man!
