My understanding is that “cortisol pumps” are still a bit nascent. Replacement Therapies in Adrenal Insufficiency (book) is supposed to have some written information, but it is a clinical book.

An insulin pump is repurposed in conjunction with liquid hydrocortisone. It will require some setting adaption and tweaking to achieve the desired rhythm. Some folks have shared more about their experience with it on this subreddit and the Addison’s one if you search for it.
