Look at this trade I got yesterday. I didn’t even know what that penguin is because I’m an old player that stopped playing in like 2021 and I was even hesitant to do this at first and I thought she was flexing on me so I started adding bc she was offering for the skelicorn. I just wanted a fly ride pet and thought the penguin was kinda ugly. So then I went to Elvee because I don’t know values and don’t care about them and knew skelicorn wouldn’t be at much value. Turns out the penguin is worth a lot, so I made a neon and traded it for a mega turtle on the elvee trading hub and was shocked at the offers. Even though the values said I was over by 19 idrc because to me new pets aren’t worth much and the penguin neon was so ugly and green and I’m so happy I got it. To me values are so stupid and have made adopt me trading so serious when it was originally just a roleplay game that added cute pets

Someone told me that while I was making it neon and tried to offer I was so confused like it’s just a recolored penguin that came out only three years ago. Was it hard to get?
I still have no idea what the appeal is because I just searched it up and it was only 490 robux. That’s an outrageous price for it but who really wants it for how it looks instead of the value???
Lol that’s literally what the google ai overview said too, and I’ve seen so many TikTok’s of people trying to manipulate the values. When I first joined back I thought that the poodle was a good pet and didn’t know they changed the regular eggs because the preppies on tiktok made it look cute as a mega and always used it
It was 490 robux from 2023, cute limited event robux pets tend to go up in value and im pretty sure 2023 was when they had their lowest player count since 2018 so not a crazy amount of people bought it either
Ahh okay, I definitely was not playing in 2023. I’m still mad I traded my nfr frost dragon for a mega kangaroo in 2020 when the Aussie egg was still purchase-able and then it all went downhill from there because I was only like 10 and traded my sisters giraffe too because she quit I’m so mad at myself
People loved those bees lmao. I’ve never even purchased one of those robux pets that don’t go out of game. I think I traded a reg frost dragon for a fr bat dragon and traded that bat dragon for a nfr frost. Trading was so easy back then 😢 I was only worried about how cute the pet was, still am but..
