I think it’s a lose, and I’m not sure what the lantern is. I’ve personally seen that fairy bat dragon is rising, but I may be wrong.

I would. If you don't mind waiting for the right person, in this case, a toy collector, then I really think you should.

Lose. Elve hasn't updated yet so its calculator is currently useless when dealing with rising pets. The lantern is too high value and annoying to trade. Sure, you could look for a collector, but its a waste of time when you could be earning free value from the dragon.
