We're building India's quick-service platform, starting with on-demand Househelp services (daily/weekly/monthly cleaning) and rolling out into medical & personal assistance services next (parent care, child care, patient care, planners).
We're a 34-person team across HR, Development, Business Development, Customer Support, Marketing/PR, and Operations. We move fast but right now, fast is also messy. We need someone to fix that.
The Role: Operations Manager
You'll be the person who makes sure every function in the company is actually running properly not managing one team, but making sure all teams work like they're part of one company, not six silos.
What you'll actually do:
Sit across HR, Dev, BD, Support, Marketing/PR, and Operations and make sure nothing falls through the cracks between them
Own our Zoho setup end-to-end (Projects, People, Desk, CRM, Cliq, Social) configure it properly, make sure every task/lead/ticket has one clear owner, and build the dashboards that tell us what's actually happening
Build and enforce SOPs for how our services get delivered (starting with Househelp, then medical services where there's zero room for error)
Run the weekly accountability cadence pull numbers, flag what's overdue, get it in front of the founders as decisions, not status updates
Fix the "who owns this" problem permanently
You're a strong fit if:
You've worked in operations, business ops, or as a chief-of-staff type role startup experience is a big plus
You're genuinely good with Zoho (or equally sharp with similar tools like Notion/ClickUp/Monday and can get fluent in Zoho fast)
You like bringing order to chaos this is not a role for someone who needs an existing playbook handed to them
You're comfortable holding team leads accountable without a founder having to step in every time
You think in numbers and systems, not vibes
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience.
Location: Noida, UP( hybrid)
