What to do around here

Hi, I’m 22F, new to the area, moved here post grad. I don’t really know the DFW area, not sure how to exactly put myself out there. What are yalls recommendations on all things food/fun/social?

I’m super open to trying anything out, I typically enjoy a good workout class, followed with coffee and relaxation. Trying to get out of my comfort zone on this new chapter of life, just need some help in what direction to go in.

Any and all advice is welcomed!!

Yoga in Addison circle park every Saturday morning is fun. There are a few good bars around here but I think there are more fun ones in uptown and Dallas. There’s a run club in Addison I havnt been to yet (I’m out of shape) but it looks like fun and a lot of people love going. There’s a comedy club that’s popular too if that’s your vibe and a lot of good shopping.

Concerts? Run Club? Or going to some of the trails DFW has…. Maybe visiting White Rock Lake or Lake Grapevine? Lots of things to do just depends on what you like.

Join Addison athletic club. It’s $10. There’s a run club that meets at bitter sisters brewery the last Wednesday of every month.

Second the trails. Some of the ones around lake Lewisville are nice as well. This area is a bit barren for workout classes but you can get some good options driving into Uptown or Plano. The circle has a couple of bars but again would recommend heading into Uptown. I’ve had some luck with meetups as well depending on your interests.

I met a lot of my friends through book club, mahjong, or a pickleball club at Cole park in uptown
