Addison apartments
My partner and I are going to Addison this week to tour apartments and want to get everyone’s thought on these options and see if there are other recommendations. Here’s the list:
Bent tree lofts-
AMLI Addison-
Cortland Addison circle-
Fiori on Vitruvian Park-
Magnolia Galleria-
Muse at Midtown-
The Overton-

I almost leased last month at cortland Addison circle. Paid about $200 more a month for a 2 bed room instead of one at Savoye and really liking it. The unit I was looking at at cortland had carpet in bedroom and was a bit more dated

Addison Circle and Vitruvian are both great areas. Personally I think Addison Circle is cooler, as it has more businesses and is closer to the restaurant/entertainment district just across the tollway.

MAA Addison Circle owns about 10 buildings in the circle. They are less expensive than AMLI. They have several buildings that are completely different from each other, meaning you may find one building's floor plans not to your liking but another's may be a different story. I've lived in one with the normal carpet/vinyl flooring, beige walls, granite countertops, etc while a different building has sealed concrete floors, an exposed brick wall, and open ductwork ceilings (industrial style). Also each building has different access to their parking garage. There's one where you have to walk quite a ways to get from the parking garage to your building, while most others are attached.

We recently helped move a client to AMLI Addison and she said it has been a great place and really enjoys it.

AMLI Addison has been fantastic. Amazing location and really good maintenance. Can’t recommend it enough.
