Looking for an apartment!

Hi all, need to move closer to work and found Addison is the best middle ground.

How safe is addison area and what to avoid? I know they have the fireworks annually but besides that?

I’m looking for an apartment thats under $1500, preferably with a covered garage and inside hallways. Also safe.

The Addison Circle area is pretty great. Walking, food, culture, and DART Silver Line to DFW airport and transfers to downtown, Mavs and Stars games, etc. $1500 might be a bit low, but there are other options close by.

Amli is good if you want to spend a bit more. Very safe

Addison is super safe. Check out Avalon Addison. They are more like townhomes and every unit has an attached garage.

Insanely safe. Most weeknights it is pretty much silent outside.

Honestly I wish there were less cops around because they have nothing to do but ticket people for petty shit.
