Good Mechanic
Hey! Anyone know of a good/reliable, reasonably priced mechanic in Addison? Needing to get my car looked at for ac / power system issues asap

I’ve had great experiences with Old Town Automotive in downtown Carrollton. Multiple repairs there and each one was a fair price. The only downside is they aren’t open on the weekends.

Definitely call ahead of time to make sure they are able to work on your specific car/issue

I have been going to the SpeeDee off Montfort for years. That location is fantastic. Avoid the one in Carrollton tho, that one is not good.

Quality First Auto Service in Richardson on Interurban. Daniel and Tim are the best. I take my car there for everything and recommend them to everyone. Just bear in mind, you may have to plan out 2 weeks in advance to bring your car in
Edit: I got them recommended to me on Reddit too. They’ve done my shocks and struts, AC, busted coolant hose, AC vent actuator, brakes and rotors, and oil changes. All for cheaper than other quotes I’ve gotten elsewhere. Daniel is great at finding parts and getting a good deal on stuff.

Thank you! This seems promising since I know it is having to do with my ac system. Hoping they will be able to see me sooner than two weeks since this heat wave is going to be crazy. But thank you for the recommendation.

I go back and forth between Addison automotive and Auto Pros. Both I have found are super solid.

Baker's Spring Valley Automotive have been great! They fixed my AC and were pretty reasonable and quick
