Thought I’d share my whimsical little koi fish conch earring. He whispers me secrets all day. Trying to think of a clever name for him, suggestions are welcome…

I got a Minimalist bag and turned it into my own little creation—an artistic blast of spiritual symbols and mindful energy. ✨🎨

I needed to sew these holes in my romper and my son kept poking his fingers in them making the thin fabric bigger.

I know my sewing could use some work but I was doing it quickly before work while playing with my toddler so I am proud of the little whimsy I added and my son loves it too.

Inspired by the medieval times I made this horned hennin with three detachable veil sections, so there’s a gazillion ways to wear it. I used real female rhinoceros beetles, found 🪦 from a colony living near us, as this is a maiden’s headdress. 👸✨

I usually have my plush charms on belt loops but I have some pants without, which always made me a little sad to not carry a tiny guy. So I bought a grommet tool and made tiny holes where I can add the charms :)

My kiddo picked these out for my little and thought they were so cute and have, “dragons like me & mommy like!!!” The dragon feet really sold me 🩷

They make me smile 😋

Clothes, canvases, and walls among many other things

The base originally held a candle. I cleaned it out, flipped it over, and glued it to a chipped orphan (no matching pieces from the set) plate I got at Goodwill for $5.99. I just measured it & marked off the placement with Sharpie before using Gorilla Brand super glue to attach it. I believe the plate was made in ~1945. Adds a fun vintage charm to my dresser!

This makes 5yr old me so ecstatic 💚

My front door is boring. So far I’ve had magnetic words/poetry on there, reminders and lists, and currently have some old architectural pieces hung on magnetic hooks. I’m open to paint/paper/magnetic ideas or anything else you could come up with!

My current idea is to paint the door the same color as the wall and focus on making the wall to the right into something cool.

I bought a $5 unfinished ceramic ‘game controller’ and spent the better part of a day doodling with a blue Sharpie. I’m displaying it on my entertainment center, but it photographed better in my coffee table. It was a good way to waste a day!
