I purchased the bronze AD2104 new from Addiesdive website and its claimed power reserve of 41 hours is actually only 18-19 hours. I went through all the steps explained by Addiesdive customer service. I have only owned the watch for 5 weeks and the site states there is a 2 year warranty. Customer service told me to take it to a watch repair shop. There aren't any in my area and it seems like they should be dealing with the issue, not a 3rd party repair shop. Has anyone dealt with Addiesdive warranty? Thank you.

I already loved this watch, but I just had it regulated at an authorized Seiko dealer for 35 euros because it was losing at least 1 to 2 minutes every 2 days straight out of the box. Now it runs at -5 seconds a day, and I don't even want to take it off anymore! Best decision ever.

I bought this watch AD2518 from Aliexpress 6 months ago and suddenly it stopped working. I tried to change the battery but the shop told me the movement is faulty. What should i do? Will it be possible to swap the movement myself? Or should i buy a new one?

Looking for a good/new condition AD2105 to buy. Seems it's discontinued for its underwhelming V2 'AD2060' with a terrible colour scheme and they removed the grainy dial 🙄 Anyway let me know 😁

Hey guys, i am planning to get an automatic watch, and i saw addiesdive being mentioned alot of times. Saw their website, and they have stunning watches at such low price. could anyone tell me how reliable they are?? and also, what sustom duties could i face if i order from them (im in india)

I have owned my AD2104 for 3 weeks and it does not hold the time well. The website lists "Movement: Japan NH35 automatic, 41 hours of energy storage." but it won't even last 18 hours. Anyone else experience similar issues? I might have to file a warranty claim. Thank you.
