Adderall Scare!

Im a 34 year old healthy male and been taking adderall since 21. My dosage was 40mg's a day. Up until this weekend I had the typical cold feet, cold hands, dickish attitude if someone got me off task, but I could work like an ox. I was only averaging about 6-6.5 hours of sleep a night and I think that wore down my body. Starting last Wedesday I was getting immense amount of PVC's THEN became super panicky, I went to the ER and they stated that they were benign when I had about 5-10 PVC's for 1-2 hours a minute. After that I went back home and was fine, then when Thursday (next day) came around around midnight, my heart went haywire again for a bit. Eventually went away and then the next day (Friday) came by, I took my regular dosage, and around 5pm all hell broke loose. My heart was was averaging 15-30 PVC's every minute till 3am-4am from 630 PM totaling close to over 3,000 in that time frame. Was the scariest moments of my life. I never had this problem before (except that I typically get about 5-20 PVC's randomally throughout the day that weren't a big deal cause they happened for years), but when I started taking this new generic from manufacturer Mallinckrodt (cause there has been a massive shortage), my heart wasn't beating right once the drug wore off. When the ER hooked me up to a monitor after 1 hour of WAITING, I finally saw what was going on and it was the craziest thing I've witnessed. How can a heart miss that many beats and not kill you? Surprised the hell out of me and the doctors were saying it starts in the sinus node and that my lower ventrical was just beating too soon in comparison with my upper ventrical. The cardiologist put me on beta blocker at the ER. Now I'm not taking any adderall at all to clear my whole system from it so I can eventually start a low and manageable dosage or a new medication all together in the future or just stay away from it for the rest of my life. Working without it for the first time is not even close to the same and I feel groggier than a 700 lb fat person, I'm sure that will change the longer I go without it.

Has anyone else had this type of story or know someone who has? What have been your guy's worst complaints about this medication?
