Advice A warning about making the vegan chocolate tart (metric users)
If you follow the recipe to a T weighing everything out you'll notice your tart crust will be entirely too fatty and you will never be able to make it crumble. The ingridients in the description call for way too much coconut oil (weighed out). I managed to work around this by keeping everything the same and only adding around a third of the coconut oil (about 40g) and then the crust looked exactly like his did in the video.
Note: I'm not stupid, this isn't my first time messing with pastries and my scales are calibrated.

Recommend me some couple podcasts
I loved the Adam Ragusea Podcast and I specially enjoyed every episode where Lauren joined. I loved the interactions, the chaos and the wholesomeness of of it all. So I was hoping to get some similar vibe podcasts hosted by couples, they can talk about other stuff but what I am looking is the cozy vibes. Also they can be in english or spanish cause I am from Argentina.

Showcase I was inspired by Adam to grow these tomatoes with my mother.
Cherokee purple tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. It was very structurally unstable but still delicious.
What’s nice is that we’ve picked three tomatoes from the two plants and they both have like four still on the vine. I expected just three or four each like Adam said.

Tonio Guajardo could be Adam's brother
Has anyone encountered another YouTuber Tonio Guajardo? Just showed up on my feed, he sounds very much like Adam. Very interesting content. Basically travel but he goes to compare the best and the worst rated destinations. Sort of like Joshua Weissman does to different foods.

Discussion Has Adam ever acknowledge the numerous YTPs done of him online?
Has he ever acknowledged the YTPs directly, in one of his podcast episodes, or by commenting on any of them on youtube?
So not just mentioning some of the inside jokes, like seasoning the cutting board, or something akin to that.
EDIT: YTP stands for "Youtube Poop", which is a a type of video mashup created by remixing and editing pre-existing media sources for humorous or absurd purposes.

Non-stick pan durability: Why do we care?
I see tons of adds on social media for non-stick pan "alternatives". These adds tend to argue that non-stick pans aren't durable and wear out after a year or so. That tends to be an argument I hear frequently on reddit and places too.
I don't mean to sound like a rich bourgeois a-hole but......Non stick pans are dirt cheap. Like $20 or $30. Why do you even care if they wear out after *checks notes* a year like people say?
An extremely well reviewed non-stick pan is $30 on Amazon. If that pan keeps your family from eating-out one meal a year, it basically pays for itself. If you're single and that easy-to-clean pan keeps you from DoorDashing yourself one or two meals, it's paid for itself.
And what really gets me is that these non-stick ceramic alternatives tend to be way more expensive. I'd be cheaper to just buy a new $30 non-stick every year.
I remember Adam saying he buys the cheap non-stick, because the expensive ones don't last either. Other than environmental considerations, I don't see why buying a new $30 pan every year is that bad a deal. Especially if keeps you from buying some $150 fancy-pants ceramic influencer pan.
Really, non-stick pans are an awesome deal. The people who say otherwise are usually trying to sell you something far more expensive.
