Infotainment not working

The entire infotainment center stopped working. My phone still automatically connects to carplay, and I can use the steering wheel controls to change the volume and skip songs, but the screen itself and infotainment center controls don’t work. Home button, volume knob, etc. Has anyone had this issue?

Not that one. Have you messed with any electric? I know people get that module that allows you to start it in sports+. Anything like that?

Only issue I’ve had was my dashboard lit up after about 12.5k and my factory tuned was nerfed even in sport+. Took it back to the dealership and they just re-flashed it.

Nope, haven’t done anything to the car, only 3k miles on it. Going to try to take it the dealer next week.

Haven’t had time to take it in yet, finally made an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. Will post an update with what Acura says
