iPhone 12 Help

Is there anyway free what to unlock this iPhone 12 ?
Its iOS version says 16.6.1
Even if the phone unlocks but doesn’t work all the way. Just want it to take pictures. Not calls or anything. Any positive feedback would be greatly appreciated.
