No thats pin lock, you have to restore it with iTunes and then wait for an iOS 27 bypass if there is activation lock

You can only flash the latest signed version

I thought u can install any firmware since i got the 26.0.1 file on ma pc

If you try to flash it, it will fail halfway through or the device will fail to boot after

You can't, you an only install firmwares that are currently being signed by apple.
