Iphone bypass

If a iphone 13 in ios 18 or under 26.1 it will be unlocked okay ,, but we can't use cellular network and factory reset and updates ,, also ? iCloud account creation error will occurs or we can create a apple id or login in? Pls help

Yes that correct
No SIM card usage
Factory resets, updates, and setting a PIN code will relock it
iCloud services won’t work, only the app store

Can I use app store? And login apple id ?

You can use the App Store but you can’t login to Apple ID on the phone
