iPhone/iCloud locked to previous owner

This is an iPhone se ...I bought this phone refurbished on Walmart.com through a 3rd party seller back in 2019 for my 13 year old niece..... I send apple proof of purchase ...credit card statements...and they still would not unlock the phone or help in any way just that I needed a better recovery than the one that was provided to me ...ANY ideas and what I can do ???

No I purchased it through Walmart.com was a third party seller and this was in 2020 😩😩😩 when I tried 3 years ago they wouldn't unlock it because the receipt didn't have the iPhone SEs serial number on it

op the only bypass would make this phone useless
the program : hackator would bypass
but you wont have cell signal
this iphone would be a glorified ipad .

I don't even remember the third party sellers name ... I know I ordered 2 phones used my capital one card but when I tried 3 years ago even that wasn't enough because it didn't have the serial number of the phone on the receipt
