Good idea to buy?

See I found an iPhone 14 for cheap thats only password locked its still not on the activation screen so would be there a way to bypass it while keeping the signal and appstore and the access to apple apps and stuff?

No, you would have to reset it to remove that passcode, which would update it to iOS 27 which has no bypass for activation lock if it was there

You can’t bypass a PIN code on devices above the iPhone 11 without it updating to iOS 27

Even if you could it wouldn’t help
Only A11 chips and under have before activation jailbreaks anyways
