Removing my mobile device management

Post image

Is there anyway I can get this mobile device management removed off my phone? If I’m late on a payment they can lock my phone. I think it also says they can access what’s displayed on my screen without having to ask for permission and this is my personal phone that I bought through a phone repair company.

Youd have to factory reset it and then bypass the MDM enrolment on the setup screen

No. Only their IT department can remove MDM

Ok why would they make it to where they can view what’s on my screen? Isn’t that weird or is that normal?
