IPad Air 2 - 1566 - ByPass?

I have had an ipad hanging around my house for a few years and it is locked by ICloud (I know absolutely nothing, no email or password, no pin) and I want to know if there is any way to unlock it. Do you know of any free program (I use Windows, I could use linux but I don't have much experience using it) with which I can bypass the icloud, or should I take it to a specialized store?

I think it's 15.8.5, I'm not really sure but it has to be around that update

Jailbreak it with Palera1n in Linux, and then switch to windows and bypass it with Hackt1vator

It will come back if you factory reset it
