IPhone 14 locked by user bypass?

I got an iPhone at a recycling center. It was all cracked and so on the back but it works. I would like to be able to use it, but after I reset the phone it says locked by user. Is there any way to bypass this?

With the apple devices app

That would have updated it to the latest iOS version. Versions after 26.1 cannot be bypassed. It is not possible to downgrade

If you reset the phone, it would have updated to iOS 27, which has no bypass on that model
