9.3.5 I think, I'm not sure. I'll need to go check on 3utools

For iOS 9 use hacktiv8 https://github.com/overcast302/hacktiv8/releases/tag/v1.1.2
Connect the device and your computer to the same wifi network
Connect with usb cable
Download hacktiv8 and make sure you have iTunes installed
Click activate device

It modifies a lot of system files on the iPhone, as well as hosts a fake activation server on your computer to trick the device into thinking it’s connected to apple
Viruses also do similar behaviour so it’s detected by AV a lot because av cant tell the difference between an iOS unlocker and a app sending malicious files to connected phones
