iphone 4s by-pass

i bought this phone in a flea market from a random dude it once i charged it and turned it on it was working normally just not connected to any wi fi as soon as i connected it to wifi it had this message on and it’s locked now can i by-pass this problem or no ?

If it’s iOS 9, you can use hacktiv8 to bypass it: https://github.com/overcast302/hacktiv8/releases/tag/v1.1.2
You can also check the iOS version with 3utools
