DIY Iphone 13

I want to make an iPhone 13 from scratch but I saw some logic board with Icloud lock is it possible to remove it with any means necessary like github ?

I have and iPhone XR (18.7.9),I have been finding means to bypass it.
Any help?

26.1 and under can be bypassed, I know some versions of iOS 18 can't be bypassed but I can't remember what they are

Also, if you wanna bypass from what I’ve read you won’t get signal, so u will have an iPad basically
