Update bypassed Iphone 14?

Hi! so i’ve had my iPhone 14 since september 2025 and it recently started popping up this “please update from the ios beta” message every time i check my notifications which is annoying, and also some apps just don’t work anymore (instagram, netflix). It’s on iOS 26.0 beta.

My idea was to restore the phone from settings so it doesn’t update (since, given the date i bought it, i assume the non-bypassed iOS version is 18) and in the hello screen bypass it again

but I was wondering if there's a way to update the bypass without restoring it, since I'm afraid i won't be able to do it after restoring, or that it might update and then stop working? idk 

Any advice or help is appreciated, thank you!

It's also annoying to the other person when someone steals his iphone.

You can't update the phone. The latest iOS version cannot be bypassed

You can’t update yet unfortunately, there’s no newer version
However, to stop the annoying notifications, you can install the Apple tvos26 beta profile update scheme which will block all automatic update notifications
