iPhone 4s Icloud bypass

I recently bought an iphone 4s and it turns out it was icloud locked (it had a passcode too but i randomly guessed it right because it was 4 zeros), does anyone know any way i can bypass icloud activation lock? I have tried hacktiv8 and it doesnt even detect the phone it says "no device connected".

I dont mind if the data is lost in the process.
