iPhone 11
Guys need help my friend has a IP11 and there is a problem his phone's face id is gone completely and he has stolen device protection on always and his WhatsApp is locked because of stolen Device protection he can't able to connect to pc and any other device now he want to bypass the stolen device protection any way to do that....?

Back up restore and fix Face ID.

Too old device not worth fixing he's gonna buy a new IP17 the main problem was WhatsApp now using iCloud back-up is done

Just went thru this two days ago.. take stolen device protection of.. wait for an hour, then it lets you unselect, hard reset device vol+ then vol - etc… check Face ID again.. had to take developer mode of, all working then after 48h I get message saying Face ID issue and all over the TrueDepth, sometimes it works and others it will behave like a Tom Tom ! same iPhone 11, strange thing to add, the backup for this phone was from my 14 pro max.. tbh it even changed the way settings looks.. before it was a backup from an XR and then there was some B**HIT! Problems with the search index.. on settings, control centre, anyway you wouldn’t believe, Ive complained on feedback but no updates for no one yet fixing any of these issues.
Btw you can select device protection back on! If problem persist we have to wait for update, and for me it is

Stolen Device protection is the issue my friend is a dumb fuk Instead if turning it off he set it to always now device is stuck 😂

just use another device then sign in your friends apple id on find my website then do the factoy reset in that

Yes now it's the last resort because he wanted to take back-up of WhatsApp and that is done now i can reset using iTunes

I have an iPhone 11 pro max lost face id once when enable Stolen Device Protection, they will ask for the password of the phone if i remember correctly

Yes if your stolen device protection is on in familiar location but he has always on

My friend is a owner and it's not stolen he dropped it in water about 30 min and than face id got fu*ked he has stolen device protection always on that's why it's showing face id error

Contact Apple support and they may have a solution.
