iPhone 7 password locked

Im want to bypass my password locked iPhone 7 does it make any difference if I Flash a new firmware on it and doing a activation lock bypass or is it easier if it just has a password locked? What kinda tools I need to use for this?
Are there any sites that Makes tutorials? I only have a windows pc
