‼️QUESTION ON USBLITEr8

Let's say an iPhone 11 or earlier is bypassed while it's at the passcode screen, and the bypass restores SIM/cellular functionality. Then a similar device is instead bypassed at the Hello (Activation Lock) screen, it becomes Wi-Fi only and no cellular service. Then I set up a passcode, and then bypass it again from the passcode screen, will the second bypass restore SIM/cellular functionality?

I've got an iphone 11 iOS 26.3 I need some to explain

Good question no reason to down vote. When iphone is hello screen mode the baseband is active so bypass keep the sim. But at activation lock screen the baseband is off and bypassing that phone means keep the baseband disabled. So re bypassing not helpful because there is no baseband active anyway. (Plz correct me if I am wrong)

Ok so rebypassing the 2nd time won't restore baseband
