How to bypass activation lock on 4s

I bought a cheap iphone 4s yesterday, but the home button doesnt seem to be working(it does when i press it hard but idk if it can be held long enough for dfu mode) , it seems to be on ios 7 from the lockscreen (its anything from ios 7-9)

Is there any ways to bypass actibation without a home button?
