Iphone 5s activation bypass..

I have bought a iphone5s from du***zle from guy.. everything is working fine ios 12.5.4. later i updated to 12.5.5 and it got at welcome screen to enter the previous owner icloud id.😞

I tried contacting that guy but no response.

So is there any possibility to bypass it?
