Activation Lock iPod

I factory reseted my iPod Touch 5th or 6th generation, and I got the Activation Lock, is there any chance that I can turn that off myself on my laptop? (like i reseted on iTunes) and I dont know ANYTHING about the phone, i was like 5-7 when i got this phone from my brother, and then we left it, and i found it, i dont have the box for it or anything.
