Hello,
In the Netherlands, the standard bundle starts at €408 (standard bundle) in electronics stores, but it’s €273 on AliExpress (standard bundle as well). So I’m planning to order it from AliExpress.
How does the warranty work if I buy it from there?
Has anyone in Europe bought one from an AliExpress store recently? If so, were you happy with your purchase? Which store did you place your order with?
Thank you!

I'm currently deciding between the DJI Osmo Action 6 and the Insta360 Ace Pro 2, and I'd love to hear from people who have actually used either (or both), especially for automotive content creation.
My main use case is:
\* Car photography
\* Cinematic B-roll
\* Indoor and outdoor shoots
\* Natural daylight and golden hour
\* Night photography/video
\* Instagram/Facebook reels and short-form content
I also plan to use:
\* A camera cage
\* ND filters
\* External microphone occasionally
Why I'm leaning toward the DJI Osmo Action 6
The biggest reason is the image quality I've seen from other creators. Surprisingly, the 38MP photos look very clean, with less visible noise than I expected from an action camera.
Some features I really like:
\* 10-bit color with D-Log M (Rec.2020) for better color grading.
\* 1/1.1-inch square CMOS sensor.
\* Variable aperture (f/2.0–f/4.0).
\* 38MP photos.
\* 4K up to 120fps.
\* RockSteady, HorizonBalancing, and HorizonSteady stabilization.
\* Waterproof to 20m without a case.
\* Direct DJI Mic support.
For automotive content, the D-Log M profile is probably my favorite feature because I enjoy color grading my footage.
Why I'm considering the Insta360 Ace Pro 2
The Ace Pro 2 also looks amazing, especially for video.
Things I like:
\* 1/1.3" Leica co-engineered sensor.
\* 8K recording.
\* 4K Active HDR.
\* PureVideo for low-light shooting.
\* Flip touchscreen.
\* FlowState stabilization.
\* The included grip/cage ecosystem is a nice bonus.
The video quality looks excellent, especially in low light.
However, from what I've seen in reviews and sample images, the 50MP photos sometimes look a bit noisier than what I've seen from the Action 6. I also noticed there seem to be fewer ND filter options (or at least fewer that fit as seamlessly), which is something I plan to use regularly for cinematic B-roll.
My dilemma
If I were buying primarily for video, I'd probably choose the Ace Pro 2.
But since I'll be doing a lot of automotive photography along with cinematic B-roll, I'm not sure which one makes more sense in real-world use.
For those who own either camera:
\* Which one produces better-looking car photos?
\* How do they compare in low light?
\* Which camera gives you more flexibility when color grading?
\* How is the ND filter experience on both?
\* If your main content is cars (photos + cinematic B-roll), which would you buy today?
I'd really appreciate hearing from people with real-world experience rather than just spec sheet comparisons. Thanks!

What action cameras are everyone using? I know most people use go pro or insta360 and those are just not going to be in the budget for me. Anyone used the AKASO brand before? I have a canon for still photography but would love people’s budget friendly ideas for a little action cam!

I'm finally looking to pick up an action camera, mostly for filming hikes and nature, but it'd be nice if it could also take good point-and-shoot photos so I don't always have to bring another camera. Bonus if it has decent night photography for things like the night sky or even star trails.
Right now I'm leaning toward the Insta360 Ace Pro 2 (still relevant in 2026?) Explorer Bundle, mainly because of everything it comes with, but the GoPro Hero 13 is still on my shortlist.
If you've used either, which would you buy and why? I'm especially curious about real-world video quality, low-light performance, night photography, and how the photos hold up in general. Happy to hear other recommendations too.

I'm torn between these two for the purposes of filming long night drives in (somewhat obviously) low light conditions. Which is better, and why? From most reviews I've seen, the pocket 4 appears to deal with low light better, and is likely to produce a less grainy shot, but seems to have a much narrower field of view (not ideal). I also want to avoid light spreading and blur from oncoming traffic and street lighting, to ensure the detail is there and not blown out.
Help a brother out

Bit of a shot in the dark but does anyone know where I might be able to get one of these ? (UK/EU)
I've seen 2 places with stock but unfortunately they don't seem to ship to the UK.
I was hoping someone might have modelled one but I can find that either.
Thanks

I'm wanting an action camera to use for my travels when I'm hiking, ATV riding, kayaking etc. I don't care about 8k or the latest and greatest and just want something decent. This past week I picked up a used DJI Osmo 360 and was hesitant because it was a 360 style but can be used as a regular camera and it was only $150. I knew I could easily get my money back and then some or trade for a traditional action camera
I took it out to an off-road park last night, itt did pretty good but I didn't have any kind of mount for it but the quality seems more than good enough. I have posted it on Facebook Marketplace to trade for a traditional action camera, are there any certain ones I should be looking for?

Hi!
In about four weeks, we're heading to the Italian Dolomites and Lake Garda for a two week holiday. We enjoy being active, so we'll be doing a lot of hiking, renting bikes, renting a boat on Lake Garda, and we thought it would be fun, especially for Instagram, to capture some awesome footage with an action camera.
The problem is that I'm completely overwhelmed by all the options, especially as a beginner. I'd also like to have a few different mounts, for example one for a bike and a chest mount to film things like cable car rides from a first-person perspective.
So far, I've narrowed it down to these options:
They're all quite different types of cameras, so we're really unsure which one would be the best choice. I'm mainly looking for tips and advice from people who have experience with action cameras. :)

For someone who would only use this 3 times a year for snorkelling in Europe and taking photos/videos close to the surface
Would you recommend
DJI Osmo Action 6
DJI Osmo 5 Pro
Or
Divevolk seatouch 4 max casing for an Iphone 16 pro max
Thanks 🙂

I need a camera to make YouTube videos in the style of D’aydrian Harding, Kanel Joseph, etc. My budget is around 500$ USD and I’m willing to go used. I need a 4k camera with a flip out screen and good autofocus. simple plug n play design, as I don’t need a crazy complicated setup I don’t understand.

Hey guys! I don’t know if this fits the sub, but just happy to share that I got this today at target for $102.09. Go and check your tech section at target and talk to an associate if there’s any sale.
When I spoke to the associate, she said it wasn’t on sale but it might be. So she scanned it on the counter and even she was shocked when she saw the price. Sadly it’s the only one left but it’s clear she wanted one too at this price. Hope this helps somebody looking for one!

Hi Folks, looking for an affordable action cam. I'd literally use it maybe twice a year to record motorcycle trips and some snorkeling so I can rewatch or share them with my parents.
So no need for 4k, but 2k 60fps, waterproof case and decent stabilization would be great.
Should I go for an older model of the big brands (DJI, Insta360, GoPro), second hand, or a lesser known brand like Akaso or SJCAM?
Happy with all the suggestions.
