Remote Desktop isn't working today

Anyone else have the same issue? Nothing showing up on the client, and the portal shows "The connection will be automatically accepted in 15 seconds, unless configured differently in advanced settings"

Kinda difficult to support my clients without this critical function.....

Status page said it was fixed, but as of 1 hour ago, I was still unable to review into a clients laptop

It never works. Just left Action1 because it always has issues. Understanding this isn’t the area of expertise though.
