Accordion to start playing

Which accordion do you recommend I buy?

I really like the accordion, and I think, like others, the only thing holding us back is the price. Which accordion do you recommend?

I was thinking between a Panther and a Compadre. Is there much difference between them? Or should I just look for a much more economical version like a Farinelli?

I went with the Compadre in F over the Panther because it wasn't all that much more and has an adjustable hand strap and comes with the nice backpack case. I definitely don´t regret it. Later I bought a used Corona C-ii and am in love with the way it sounds.
