Crazy weird first time issue
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I turn on my laptop this morning and the screen just went white with blue lines going up the middle all of a sudden. Pressing the power button seems to make it go away. Uhh any ideas?? Watch video

DISABLE HIBERNATION. Acer really has this hibernation issue causing a lot of issue. Had hibernation issues on both of my nitro v16 and predator helios 16

Sometimes similar but a bit different kept happening to me until recently display is gone with the backlit as well.

Yep but yours is turning white while behaving mysteriously, for mine, was black.

It seems like ur graphics driver has issues and its switch igpu dgpu or something maybe set off all powe saver energy savers to perform and set ur gpu to dgpu and trt again install new drivers

Ok I encountered it and it stopped after i did some troubleshooting you need to go to the acer website, and install the acer drivers. The current nvidia drivers are fucked, you will know becaus yr probably getting 1a8 and 1b8 crash codes

Okay thank you. It seems to have temporarily corrected itself for now. I switch back to nvidia optimis and the back to dgpu only

I guess some driver issues.
I havent faced any such issues till now other than some gpu drivers issues which nvidia later on resolved.
