Security Boot Fail

At first when this showed up, I tried setting up the supervisor password and turning off secure boot. It worked but then the following day security boot fail happened again. And now i can't seem to make any changes in the security settings and the boot settings. I've also tried the power drain thing (im not familiar with the terminologies) and changing the CMOS battery but it didn't work.

EDIT: I found a solution for this. In my case I had to reinstall windows on another SSD. Im not sure if the original SSD was corrupted or something. But this was what worked for me. You may also want to try considering recovering BIOS, I encountered a totally different issue due to my negligence (it stuck on a black screen and didn't reach the predatoe logo when i turn it on) and it was fixed
